We want you to love your Outerknown gear, but if it's not quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
